Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 14 September 2026
Shared servers are shared. This policy keeps one account from spoiling the platform for everyone else, and sets out the content we cannot host.
Content and activity we do not allow
- Anything illegal in Pakistan, the UAE or the jurisdiction the server sits in.
- Phishing, malware distribution, botnet control panels, carding and fraud tooling.
- Unsolicited bulk email, list rental, and mailing to purchased or scraped lists. This applies whether the mail is sent from our servers or points back to a site hosted with us.
- Child sexual abuse material. Accounts are terminated immediately and reported.
- Material that infringes copyright or trademark, including warez, cracks and pirated media.
- Port scanning, denial of service traffic, brute-force attempts and unauthorised access to any system.
- Cryptocurrency mining, public proxies, VPN endpoints, torrent trackers and file-drop lockers on shared hosting.
Resource limits on shared hosting
Each shared account has CPU, memory, entry-process and I/O limits applied through CloudLinux. Hitting a limit slows that account only; it does not affect neighbours. If an account repeatedly saturates its limits we will contact you and help you optimise, or recommend a VPS.
- Long-running processes and cron jobs more frequent than every 5 minutes are not permitted on shared plans.
- Databases above 2 GB, or tables that cannot be backed up within the nightly window, may need to move to a VPS.
- Email sending on shared hosting is rate limited per hour. Bulk newsletters should go through a dedicated email service.
What "unlimited" means
Where a plan is described as unlimited, it means we do not set a numeric cap on that resource and we do not bill you for overage. It does not mean infinite. Unlimited storage and bandwidth are for the files and traffic of your own websites and email, within the CPU, memory and I/O limits of the plan. Using an unlimited plan as a backup target, media archive or file distribution service is not covered.
Backups
Daily backups are provided as a courtesy on shared hosting. Accounts above 20 GB, or with very large databases, may be excluded from the automated backup rotation. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
Enforcement
Most issues are resolved with an email. Where content or activity puts the platform, our IP reputation or other customers at risk we may suspend the account first and explain afterwards. Serious breaches end the service without refund, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse to support@czonehost.com with the URL or IP address and any headers or logs you have. We act on reports within one business day.
