Terms of Service

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms apply to every service you buy from C Zone Host, the hosting business of C Zone Star. By placing an order you accept them.

1. The services we provide

C Zone Host provides shared cPanel hosting, managed and unmanaged Linux VPS servers, domain registration and transfers, and related add-ons such as cPanel licences and dedicated IP addresses. What is included in each service is what is listed on the plan page at the time of your order.

We aim for 99.99% monthly uptime on our hosting platform, measured at the server. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the client portal and does not count against that figure.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account, for keeping your passwords safe, and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Payment, renewals and late payment

Services are billed in advance for the term you choose. Invoices are generated before the due date and services renew automatically unless you cancel before that date. Prices shown on the site are exclusive of government taxes; UAE prices exclude 5% VAT.

If an invoice is not paid by its due date we may suspend the service. Suspended services are normally terminated after a further period, and data on a terminated service may be deleted. Keep your own backups.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service without refund if it is used in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, if it puts our network or other customers at risk, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can cancel any service from the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term unless you ask for it immediately.

5. Domains

Domain registrations are governed by the rules of the relevant registry and registrar as well as these terms. Domain fees are paid to the registry on your behalf and are not refundable once a registration, renewal or transfer has been submitted.

6. Backups and your data

We take daily backups of shared hosting accounts as a courtesy and restore from them where we can. Backups are not a substitute for your own copies, and we do not guarantee that a backup will be available or complete. You keep ownership of your data at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant that a service will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the client portal and take effect for new orders immediately and for existing services at their next renewal.

9. Governing law

Before publishing: confirm the governing jurisdiction and the registered company name and address that should appear here. This paragraph is a placeholder until you send those details.

Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction named above.
